Meet Auntie B

Chef Bianca, also known as Auntie B, is not only ​the proud aunt of TEN but a dedicated expert in ​holistic nutrition and culinary arts.


Her journey began in 2012 when adopting a ​whole-food diet helped her heal from chronic ​illness. This personal transformation sparked a ​passion for crafting delicious, nutrient-rich meals ​that nourish the body and soul.


With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and ​Culinary Arts from Bastyr University, Bianca ​honed her expertise through a rigorous, science-​based education, deepening her commitment to ​natural ingredients and holistic health.


After years of working as a therapeutic chef ​specializing in special diets, Bianca is now eager ​to share her expertise and passion for real, ​wholesome, and local ingredients with her ​community and beyond.
