Chef Bianca, also known as Auntie B, is not only the proud aunt of TEN but a dedicated expert in holistic nutrition and culinary arts.
Her journey began in 2012 when adopting a whole-food diet helped her heal from chronic illness. This personal transformation sparked a passion for crafting delicious, nutrient-rich meals that nourish the body and soul.
With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Culinary Arts from Bastyr University, Bianca honed her expertise through a rigorous, science-based education, deepening her commitment to natural ingredients and holistic health.
After years of working as a therapeutic chef specializing in special diets, Bianca is now eager to share her expertise and passion for real, wholesome, and local ingredients with her community and beyond.
